There’s one week left of Nationwide Vitamin Month and we’re celebrating day 25 with my buddy and fellow RD, Bonnie Taub-Dix and her love of avocados.

Avocadoes

Avocado is the chameleon of meals — it’s an ideal ingredient in a breakfast burrito, it’s more healthy than mayo when unfold onto a lunchtime sandwich, it’s good for dunking veggies into as a guac for a day snack and I really like utilizing avocado in sauces or toppings for poultry or fish at dinner. Moreover being scrumptious, avocado offers nearly 20 nutritional vitamins and minerals and it’s supply of fiber, a nutrient most of us should not getting sufficient of.
